After a short break classes will re commence on Monday 19 April with a mix of face to face and online sessions.
Classes can be prepaid with a purchase of a 10 session pack 1 class per week) or as a weekly membership.  There are three sessions a week for you to choose from, why not sign up for all three and make movement your non negotiable this winter.

For the next few months, due to government regulation, class numbers will be limited, but the care and attention for you and your health are not.  
 
First session is free for new clients.

Build strength and find confidence in your body with up to 3 classes a week.  Pay weekly and cancel any time.

CORPORATE CLASSES

Pilates is great for desk-bound staff who are at their workstation all day or those on their feet for long periods as it teaches awareness of breathing and spinal alignment while developing the body’s core muscles. 

Sessions are typically one hour long and a group size of up to fifteen is recommended to ensure appropriate individual attention.

A ten pack of classes to use when you like. 

Valid for 4 months, this option allows you the flexibility to book when the mood takes you.

$250 for a pack of ten classes

Lauren Kneebone

Owner and principal instructor Westside Pilates 

I started working as a Pilates instructor in 2017. I am now part of a vibrant and empowering profession and owner of my own business Westside Pilates. I usually spend my time cooking up a storm from my kitchen garden, trying to keep my house plants alive and showering my dog with loads of cuddles and 3 walks a day – he is a lucky dog.

The best thing about being a Pilate’s instructor is sharing the method with other people and getting to do something I love every day.  

I look forward to meeting you on the mat.
