Face to face mat Pilates classes will re commence at the Seabrook Community Centre from Monday 1 February 2021 and run for an initial 10 weeks.

Due to the current COVID 19 and DHHS regulations class sizes will be limited and specific measures in place to provide individual and community safety.

Pilates is great for desk-bound staff who are at their workstation all day or those on their feet for long periods as it teaches awareness of breathing and spinal alignment while developing the body’s core muscles.
Sessions are typically one hour long and a group size of up to fifteen is recommended to ensure appropriate individual attention.

Valid for 4 months, this option allows you the flexibility to book when the mood takes you.

Owner and pricipal instructor Westside Pilates
I started working as a Pilates instructor in 2017, just over 3 years ago. I am now part of a vibrant and empowering profession and owner of my own business Westside Pilates. I usually spend my time cooking up a storm from my kitchen garden, trying to keep my house plants alive and showering my dog with loads of cuddles and 3 walks a day – yes, my dog gets walked 3 times a day. The best thing about being a Pilate’s instructor is sharing the method with other people and getting to do something I love every day.
