Class Schedule 

Seabrook Community Centre Mat Classes

All classes are delivered at a level for those attending on the day.  Below is a guide as to what you can expect.

 

Due to the current Victorian Government restrictions these classes are strictly by booking only with COVID safe rules in place for attendees.

Monday 7pm - Pilates Mat Flow

This class is for all levels and focuses on the foundations of Pilates for body conditioning and functional movement.  We will move from one exercise to the next will flow and precision.

Wednesday 7pm - Pilates Mat Power Flow

This class progresses into more challenging exercises with a focus on strength and balance.  Designed for those that have had some experience with the Pilates repertoire. 

Saturday 9.30am - Pilates Mat Flow (online via ZOOM)

This class is for all levels and focuses on the foundations of Pilates for body conditioning and functional movement.  Great for beginners or those rehabbing from an injury- I'll break down the foundations of Pilates to build your confidence and strength.
