Monday and Wednesday 7pm - dynamic mat work with Lauren (50 minutes)
My dynamic mat work classes are the link between beginner and intermediate. The class involves both beginner and more advanced exercises and we build up to some more progressive repertoire depending on the group to mix things up.
Saturday 9.30am - power Pilates with Lauren (50 minutes)
This class is for the glow getters who like to get their sweat on! Using more advanced exercises and a faster pace, this cleverly programmed class will wake you up and get you burning calories.
Seabrook Community Centre Mat Classes
(due to the current Victorian Government lockdown restrictions these classes are not operating till further notice)
Monday 7.30pm - Pilates Mat Flow
This class is for all levels and focuses on the foundations of Pilates for body conditioning and functional movement.
Wednesday 7pm - Pilates Mat Power Flow
This class progresses into more challenging exercises with a focus on strength and balance.
