PLEASE NOTE: All sessions are currently being held via ZOOM meetings until further notice.  When clicking on the zoom link you agree to take on full responsibility for your own body and assume responsibility for any risks, injures, known or unknown which might incur as a result of participating in the class.

  1. A class pack must be purchased to attend a group class either online or for face to face group classes with session bookings made online in advance.  Please email if you have any questions or need assistance with this process.

  2. Bookings are made online in most cases. Book at or email at least 6 hours in advance where possible.

  3. A minimum of 5 people are required for group classes to proceed. You will be contacted via email should a class be cancelled. Please be aware classes are on a first come first serve basis. To avoid disappointment, classes can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.

  4. Payment must be made in full, in cash at the first class. NO exceptions. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of attending the class with prior agreement of this arrangement (face to face only).

  5. If you have not booked into a class, in order to avoid disappointment, please email to check that the classes are taking place, particularly in the morning and late evening.

  6. Cancellations/Rescheduling classes (Group Face to Face or Online Classes) need to be made more than 6 hours prior to your class beginning (morning or evenings). We understand sometimes unforeseeable circumstances can arise, but we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients across all sessions therefore NO exceptions will be made. Late cancellations will incur a lost session.

  7. Out of consideration for the Instructors, other clients, and also for your own safety, the warm-up is an important aspect of each class. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to workout.

  8. Instructors reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for health and safety reasons; and Instructors reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

  9. All Class Sessions must be booked and paid for in full. There is no refund for missed classes.   Memberships and monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by the client and this is the clients responsibility.

  10. If you miss a Session (face to face only), you are entitled to a makeup session in another class during the same month.  Makeup sessions should be booked in advance via the website or with your instructor.    A makeup session must be attended within the same month as the missed class, makeup sessions cannot be carried forward from month to month.

  11. Class session pack and memberships are not transferrable to another individual and CANNOT under any circumstances be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be turned away from the class – or asked to book their own sessions.

  12. Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Westside Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.

  13. If you do not cancel or reschedule your class outside of the 6-hour time frame or are a no show/absent from your class you will lose your session.

  14. During Pregnancy, you can only attend Westside Pilates group classes up until you are 12 weeks along. Please provide a completed Authority to Exercise form.


At Westside Pilates our class sizes are small with a maximum 10 clients in each class and can fill quickly,  This is not only to adhere to social distancing rules but to ensure the quality and enjoyment of the class for all clients. This is why our Cancellation Policy exists which all clients must be adhered to.
